Yes, of course. You can take the packages or we can book all the accommodations in your preferred destinations.

If you are a small family, we can arrange a small car. A Tata Sumo can be arranged too if you feel comfortable in it. We can also arrange other cars as per your preference.

Yes, if you want. If you don’t want then nobody would accompany you as a guide. However, all bookings would be done in advance, so you would not face any problem.

We will provide you top listed hotels in our Package and Eco tours. In our weekend tours we provide standard property as luxury accommodation are not available in most of the hidden weekend destinations. Generally, we offer family rooms in all package tours. However, if you have any special requirements, we would be happy to arrange.

Yes, certainly, we will provide a special guide for your package tour.

General Questions

We recommend you to book at least 8 weeks before departure, but we always have space for last minute booking in peak periods. (During Durga Puja & Christmas)

In any case if you have to cancel the holiday due to unavoidable situation, we request you to inform us immediately. The following are the cancellation charges:
5% of the Package cost: More than one month before the departure
15% of the Package cost: Within one month and 3 weeks before the departure
30% of the Package cost: Less than 7 days before the departure

Please consult your doctor to find out what vaccinations are required. If you suffer from any form of illness, we suggest you must carry your medicines before departing for the trip.

You need to confirm the tour over telephone or mail. Our representative will visit your place to plan and confirm your departure date and tour cost. You can also come to our office. After that, you need to make a token advance. You can pay the remaining before the journey date. We accept cash, cheque and demand draft. However, cheque and demand draft should be in name of “Neel Nirjane” and must be payable at Kolkata. Cheques should have clearance date at least 10 days before the departure date. 

Yes we can arrange your ticket and transport at very reasonable cost.

Generally, majority of Indian customers love normal Indian food. However, if you need any special food, inform our tour executive. In our pre-departure itinerary, which you will receive before the journey, detailed information would be provided.

Certainly not. We will supply mineral water throughout the tour except while you are staying in hotel or any accommodation.
