Pahar Puja is held on the third Saturday of Bengali Asad month every year. The fair is placed at the border of Bengal and Jharkhand, named Kanaissar Hill, near Jaynagar,Jharkhand This is located a little away ( 9 Km) from Silda Town, West Bengal. The main attraction of the Pata / fair is hill climbing and worship the Buru Bonga. Besides Traditional dance ( Santali Pata nach) is held with great pomp. A large number of people come from Bengal and Jharkhand by train, bus and car to enjoy the Buru Bonga Pata ( Pahar Puja).As a tourist wear comfortable footwear. It will help you to climb up the hill by stairs. Must carry your own water and food.Please keep the hill clean, through wasteges in the dustbin

Day 1.. Guest will reach at Hotel Devi Rani around 12 a.m . Take Lunch. 2nd half visit Kanai Shah hill and Tulsibani Ashram(Jodam). Back to hotel at evening Night stay at Hotel Devi Rani .
Day 2 – After early breakfast (within9.30 A.M.) transfer for sight seen Burudi Dam, Bhiusan Bandhopadhay house, Subarnarekha River, Ratmohana,by Non Ac Car/ Auto . Evening snacks and dinner serve at Hotel Devi Rani . Night stay at Hotel Devi Rani.
Day 3 – After breakfast around 10 a.m. check out from Hotel Devi Rani for onward journey.
